How to book and Prep for Intro Instructions

Step 1 – Click Saturday, June 30th on the calendar below & reserve your place online (£5). Session starts at 16.00 and finishes at 17.30. Then got to your Cart and Check Out.

Step 2 – IMPORTANT – once you have had email confirmation of your booking WE REQUIRE you to fill out our short “Readiness to SUP Assessment” form by clicking on the link below:

This form will be automatically emailed to us before your session

Step 3 – Meet one of our Instructors at Compass Coffee, Penarth Marina 10 minutes before your start time & pay the remaining £20 in cash. We can then fit you with your buoyancy aid.

Step 4 – What to bring

  • A pair of old trainers or wetsuit shoes/boots
  • High Wicking Gym wear is ideal if its warmer, or just a pair of shorts/board shorts and a t shirt/rash vest/gym top – something that will stretch or is loose fitting
  • A short wetsuit if it’s colder.
  • Towel and toiletries if you wish to shower later
  • Bottle of water

Description

This is a relaxed yoga class hosted by our local instructor Sam Escofet, exploring the magical atmosphere on the water for a new yoga sensation and fantastic experience.

This is suitable for those with some yoga experience and basic paddle boarding skills and takes places in the beautiful surroundings of Penarth Marina.

Online booking fee of £5 and £20 cash payable on the day
